I know what you are all thinking, wheres the proof? But the truth is if you look closely at the map packs for Black Ops 2 they are very simular to the Black Ops 1 map packs. In Black Ops 1 we had 'Call of the Dead' and in Black Ops 2 we had 'Mob Of The Dead' it's not just a coincidence and that is where my theory about PHD definately being in this map comes from. Anyone remember in Shangri-La the location of Flopper? Well it was ALWAYS in the mineshaft! So surely PHD is going to end up in one of the mineshafts in this new map.
