Sorry to hear that, but you should worry more about the reset. I got that corrupted message back in January and I've been stuck as a skull ever since. My stats are also better than most of my friends with knives and I'm higher up on the leaderboards in DR and Buried than two of my friends with shotguns, tho I still can't rank up..
