Just got this patch a week or so ago. Took me over a solid week of trying to get it. Eventually got it by giving the Jug Recon support streak away, stunning the guy, and carefully, but quickly unloading my suppressed SVU into the guy's back. This was very difficult for me to get due to a number of factors. One, your teammates will take the Jug many times. If a baddie gets it, most times he can turn on you before you empty your mag. Other times another enemy comes next to the Jug, lets him soak up the bullets while he shoots you. Or if the Jug turns on you and puts up his shield and you shoot that, it won't work. Can't get this by shooting score streaks either, even the Jug that a Loki calls in. Has to be a human controlled enemy. It is not easy, but can be done legit with LOTS of patience and effort.
